“Welcome drinks gives a good first impression. Although no air conditioning, hotel offers fan for ventilation and that's okay for night temperture of below 20 degrees. Location close to city centre with lots of pubs and restaurants around.”

“Really great hotel! Friendly staff, great rooms with thoughtful amenities and great location. Our room had a great view of the river and the complimentary drinks were a nice touch. We ate at the Gino restaurant on site which was great. All staff members were so friendly and welcoming. Location was about a 20 minute walk out of the city centre, but loads of bars and restaurants nearby”

“酒店离Jesmond地铁站很近，离市中心也近。酒店服务好，早餐好，也很安静。唯一的不足是电梯不是直达每一层。我住的层没有电梯直达，而行李很重，所以，需要搬一层才能到房间。如果是女士，就会觉得搬行李不方便。”

“I booked this hotel due to it's facilities and wasn't disappointed with my ability to use the pool and hot tube. I will say though not the worst mattress it was very hollow in the middle and mostly in need of a replacement. My friend who slept on the single bed was quite happy though.”
