“This was my second time to the hotel with a 40 year time gap. Overall, our experience was very pleasant. In need of improvement would be the hallway carpets (replace). The hotel really should have someone cleaning the beach as there are many pieces of trash in the sand. We didn’t eat at any of the restaurants, but did have room service breakfast once and it was quite good. However, we called room service to pick up the old plates and no one ever showed and it was left out in the hallway for more……

“The Stellaris was hands down the best Marriot we've ever staid at. When I say customer service is everything this place goes above and beyond! During check-in everyone in reception were extremely kind patient and pleasant. The one thing that could improve would be the bell service as we had to bring our own bags (6) in upon arrival-could have been the time of day we arrived (2pmish)-someone eventually met us inside but after we had to load the cart and push it into the building. Other than that……

“I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine”

“First off the food was delicious. The late night cafe off the lobby always had treats all hours. The entertainment on the premises were entertaining. The bar staff were fun and pleasant. All staff encountered were pleasant. The property was kept clean. Rooms were kept clean daily. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Barceló was pretty cool the VIP service was definitely worth it because of the dinner options for sure. All inclusive drinks and food, late night room service. In a central area for restaurants and night clubs. Definitely a Great time”

“My hotel stay was great. I really enjoyed the fact that they have made-to-order breakfast each morning. Also, they having the 2 complimentary drinks per night added a nice touch. The complaint I have is that there is no where to purchase snacks after hours. If the gift store closes, there’s nowhere to grab late night snack. The employees were quite nice.The property is VERY NICE”
