“This is a fantastic hotel, beautiful and clean. My skin is very sensitive, this is the only hotel that didn't make me allergic after my stay. Also, the pool was very clean; I could open my eyes in the water without red eyes afterward. The reception service was excellent, and I met a clean staff, Sity (not sure if I spelled right), she was friendly to chat with and showed me where to go when I lost. Overall, I would definitely stay again if I back to Australia next time.”

“Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. ”

“The Haven is simply outstanding. A beautifully presented place with lovely landscaping and gardens alongside a perfectly put together accommodation. Great fresh breakfast provisions, lots of cutlery, crockery alongside coffee maker, toaster and kettle were all fantastic. The bedding and linen are of great quality and the decor is very tasteful. The shower works a treat too. This is one of the very best of its type anywhere. We would definitely stay again in the future. ”
