“They have only one trash can in toilet and there are no one coming to clean the room for 2 days. I have spoken to the cleaning man and put the tag for making up the room and to my surprise there was still no one clean/make up the room for 2 nights. I have never experience such unclean room anywhere in the world. The receptionist ended up gave us a trash bag at 11pm so we can just put our overflowed trash inside after we waited for 1 hour for the cleaning staff to come yet they did not come.”

“Super convenient location if you stay for transit, it is connected with airport arrival hall in 1 min walk with cover. Trains/Buses are easy to access to central or other place. Hotel room is clean & well equipped, mattress is very comfy. Price is reasonable.”

“Pros: The hotel is next to Wibautstraat station which is a station that three train roles passed by, very convenient to travel to Amsterdam Centraal Station. Reception staffs are nice and friendly, they do solved all of my requirements. Hotel's Breakfast is at high quality with a fair price(19.50 euro), provided all day breakfast, cheese, cereal, coffee machine, yogurt and different kinds of hams. “The first room I checked it was not ready. You can still see the oily stain on the desk. The blanket was on the floor and the bed wasn’t made. The front desk staff immediately changed another room for me which was good. However, the shower in the second room was extremely hot that I couldn’t take a comfortable shower. Overall experience was bad.”

“Receptionist were professional but not very warm, being polite but cold. The location was great, easy to walk to museums, shops, restaurants! The hotel is also very cosy and comfortable!”

“Overall the hotel has a really cool design, the room is spacious, the amenities especially the shower gel and shampoo smelled maginificiant. However throughout the 3 nights I stayed there, there were constantly ‘knocking sounds’ on the wooden wall behind the bed which made falling asleep difficult. Told the reception about the situation and was told this happened very often and they had no idea on the solution. The other thing was that I sent an email to the hotel, the response was so slow……

“the hot air heating pie is one the bed and hurt you seriously. I try to move the bed but its fix... finally I wake up 3 time at night by the heat hurt....”

“Close enough to Amsterdam Zuid station. Many cool designs like self check-in, iPad for room control, and luggage drawer under bed. Unfortunately the room is quite small for two people.”

“Lovely boutique hotel with helpful staff, good quiet location but within easy reach of public transport and boat tours, perfect location for walking to museums. Our room was great and very clean. Decent breakfast too. ”
