“In-house breakfast is $22/person. Thought that was a little to steep to pay for breakfast. Other than that, the property and stay was fine.”

“We loved the convenience of accessing Cleveland Clinic through the skywalk. Breakfast buffet was ok, but not impressive. ”

“The place is very nice. The room very nice. The comforters the bed though had old makeup on it and stains. Said something about it to the front desk and she was not too worried about it. Kinda sad that it was not cleaned properly. Kinda takes away the energy of the place. ”

“Great stay in CLE. Particularly liked the Vault bar. Room was nice. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. ”

“The property at that time was very new. ”

“We ended up in two different rooms for our stay. The first room had cockroaches in the bathroom then the water AND the heat stopped working. The second room was a downgrade from the first with barely any water pressure and a broken toilet. We had to wash up in the sink. There was white dog fur everywhere from whomever stayed there previously and there were ALSO cockroaches in THAT room. We had to wash every dish before we could even cook in the room because the dishes were dirty. Just over”

“This is a very cozy apartment with home touches (like fall floral arrangements). Sparkling clean, mattresses very comfortable. Big well-appointed kitchen with kitchen table that seats 8. We were there in very cold weather and were warm and comfortable. The owners are very nice and kind. Note that you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We were very happy there. Easy to get downtown and around to groceries and shopping. ”
