"Room was comfortable. The a/c was good on a warm day. Good location near the Termini and in walking distance to quite a bit of restaurants, shops and sites within a few blocks. The staff was great. They also helped us arrange for a private car to/from airport. They offer luggage storage prior to check in if needed. We also were able to get a late check out too which was helpful! "First of all the staff is very good. Helpful in all things. We learned about how to use the Metro, the buses, the trains and best Taxi apps… all from the patient staff. Very quiet with good sleeping! Very clean and daily housekeeping. The restaurant is top notch, a fantastic meal. It’s popular so make your reservations early. Hot tub, gym, laundry facilities.., upstairs lounge area, we used them all! Fantastic water pressure and fine modern bathroom! And last but not least… the best...
