“The suite is selected for extra money, but the bathroom bathtub is stained a lot, and the bathtub cannot be used, which is different from the jacuzzi in the picture.”

“I don’t like the hotel policy regarding late checkout requests. You know the night /week before what the occupancy rate is. To have to wake up at 6am to call to request a late check is absurd and get an hour later check out doesn’t sit right with use sorry. You can do better! ”

“We stayed at this boutique hotel as a couple for two nights. It’s aesthetically pleasing with the modern spanish style decor. The staff was very nice and it was a great location with a view of the ocean and delicious breakfast. The only negative I can comment on is the steep road outside( don’t drive your low clearance car), rooms were small, and a few insect pests in the room. Also, it is a pet friendly hotel, which I appreciate, however, if so,have a pet relief area. Don’t let the guest dogs……
