“Very nice and warm hotel. Also close to shopping malls and restaurants in a walking distance of 5 minutes. Great view for part of the city and distance. Nearby mosques broadcasts in fixed timings are still audible through windows. Quite an exotic experience.”
“Wonderful place for tour and nice service properly. Then the hotel is too big and some old wood material that may need time to maintain. Excellent experience on hotel and place!”
“The hotel was fairly new, so the facilities and room were clean. I loved the design and ambiance of the hotel. I went during Ramadan. The sahur service was not to my preference. Nevertheless, I don't mind returning for another stay.”
“Room is efficiently laid out. Breakfast buffet is good. Egg station starts only at 8am.
Separate toilet, sink and shower is great idea. Bidet, too. Only problem is the toilet glass not sound proof so if you flush toilet in middle of the night, it is very loud.
Soft and firm pillows provided. Charging and USB points at each side of the bed. Additional socket on desk. Hot water flask, hair dryer, safe, fridge, hangars.”
“Actually, I only stayed for one night, but the feeling was just okay. The lobby has kept my luggage in the lobby for a long time until I went downstairs and took it back by myself after few unanswered phone calls being made. Meanwhile, the TV channels are not enough without many choices. The washroom was small if compared to other five stars hotel. If you ask me whether I will stay there again, I won't. Overall, only a 3.5 stars hotel!”
“Because I checked in very late, and they arranged a room at the end of corridor, and I wanted to change the room, but the staff said it was fully booked and it's the last room available. But I asked for another staff for help, he did change room for me. That means the previous staff didn't check for me and just didn't do more...
Air conditioner is not enough, and carpet is very dirty. Will not go back this hotel again.”
