“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“Beautiful resort. Great food at all restaurants. Didn’t have the privilege room and didn’t feel we were missing out on anything. Pool is absolutely amazing. Beach is nice with plenty of room. You have to get up early to get a pool chair, they are normally gone by 8 am. ”

“I can’t say enough about this property . Not only do they go above and belong for you, but they are super kind and sweet . Check-in is a breeze and staff is always willing to help. The location is perfect! It’s on the beach/ hotel zone so it’s in the middle of all of the popular beach club/ restaurants in hotel zonerela and also, it’s only 20 mins from down town so proximity is good. The airport is about 50 mins away ( TQO) but it’s still pretty good. Only downfall is the limited menus/ pricy……

“Great staff. Beautiful resort ! Great pools and food ! If your a long beach walker this may not be for you. There are stones and rocks in the water and on shore which made it challenging but still a beautiful snorkel area near the beach bar . I would return ”

“lets just start with one word, STAFF!!!I have never stayed at any resort anywhere in the world with such an amazing staff, this was my first time and definitley will be back because of them, is it everything ?no , what can be worked in is the beach loungers , they are horrible and old , need to be more comfortable on that beautiful beach, second the pools need some work , and lastley the food at breakfast was not good , always look forwars to breakfast and had to settle with pbandj sandwich ,……

“Dining options were good! Our room was clean and updated! We enjoyed the mini bar snacks and the glass bottles of water. Shuttle services inside the resort was good! Drinks at the bars were not amazing. Staff was mostly great! We saw a few inappropriate behaviors between some staff on a few different occasions. Check in was easy! ”

“This resort is superb!!! We got married at the resort and spent the rest of the week on site. There are enough food and beverages so that you never have to leave property. So many pools we did not even make it to all of them. There is plenty of stuff so that you never want or need for anything. ”

“We had an amazing stay at Milam. From the moment we pulled up in our taxi to then seeing the property and then our room - our jaws dropped over and over again. It's a little far away from the hotel zone and downtown, but that's what we wanted. Peace and relaxation. And a special thank you to Ara and Eugene (the hotels concierge) - for being so kind and helping us with practically everything hah. They found us taxi's, offered recommendations and overall were so kind and considerate. Also -……

Lots of love for that place”
