The hotel staff was always professional and had a smile on their face. Jeremy the General Manager ensured that the hotel exceeded every guest's expectation. Coralie was unquestionably the perfect concierge, who went above and beyond!!! The front desk staff Lahcen, Alex, Christina and Theo were always available and able to greet us by name from check in...

"This was our second time staying at this hotel. Everything about it is wonderful - from the comfortable bed, to the softest towels ever, to the beautiful sitting room with complimentary drinks and snacks. Breakfast might be a tad pricey, but that’s just Paris. I can’t wait for my next visit! "

"Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Spa experience was outstanding! I had a massage and facial and both were first rate. The outdoor garden is lovely but it was a little to cold to enjoy during our visit. Only negative was we got a free bottle of water on the first and second nights but none on the next three nights. At 1500 Euro per night the least they could do is offer free water each night! Rooms were nicely appointed."
