“Not really a pleasant experience. Reception only opens in the afternoon at 3pm. Some staff members cannot understand basic English, making communication very difficult. Sofa is stained. Very close to neighboring building and so windows are always closed. The worst thing is there is no room tidying throughout our stay. Also, commuting to JR station takes some time -- not at all located in a convenient place.”

“The hotel is located very close to the beach, and the surroundings are pleasant. However, due to the large waves, it is not possible to swim in the sea. The overall English communication skills of the hotel staff are not great, but the service is good, and the environment is clean. It's a bit far from the city center, taking approximately half an hour by taxi to reach Hoi An Ancient Town. Overall, the experience was decent.”

“整體的住宿體驗是好的，休閒設施很多，環境讓人放鬆，但是有幾個問題： 1.枕頭太軟，第二天已經更換 2.廁所的吊衣架不知是油漆未乾還是什麼其他原因，把泳衣吊在上面等待乾燥，竟然有污漬留在泳衣上，無法洗掉 3.退房時耗費太多時間，3間房竟需費時25分鐘”

“this is a hotel next to Ancient town in Hoi An. I booked the soul room for 2 nights and 2 hr spa is included (1hr per day). to save time, I have combined 2 hour spa into 1 day. The spa is good. The soul room is large but it is quite noisy as it is close to the main road. And there is a disco/club next to the hotel. you can hear people sing. The breakfast is just ok, not many choice. The service is good. Staff remember your name and need. Overall, it is a good hotel. ”

“小朋友在kidsdom 嘅體驗好滿意，也有很多給小朋友的活動👍 員工親切有禮。 別墅內的地方很大，乾淨整潔，設備也充足。 有機場接送巴，也有免費車到市區和碼頭，非常好。 唯一缺點就是太少大人方面的體驗活動。 商店也只有一小間。 希望可以增加水上活動，例如香蕉船呀，小朋友的游泳設施等。 整體體驗好滿意！ 下次有機會亦會再次入住，也會推介給朋友👍👍”
