“Absolutely amazing stay, looked after very well. ”

“I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. It has faced to so dirty roof top. I never open the window during my holiday. I was very disappointed I……

“The shower head water was weak, room overall too dark. Is quite noisy during night too due to the wind caused some banging sound outside the building ”

“Everything is good! Bell boy service is very good, very smart and helpful ! But The staff who cleaned the room was average, because he would mess up my pajamas and comb them! Won't fold well! “We loved our stay at St. Martin's Lane Hotel. It is located centrally to so many attractions and close to several Underground stations making it very easy to get around town and back to the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff very friendly. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit. ”

“The Shangri-La at The Shard in London, staying in a room with an iconic view, offers a clear vista of the Tower Bridge and various important landmarks. The dinners and breakfasts provided by the TING restaurant are excellent. The front desk also offers service in fluent Chinese and English. Other Shangri-La hotels should consider this establishment's service standards as a worthwhile example to emulate.”

“Great location”

“The room is well equipped with good amenities. However, there is no window in the room and the lights were a bit dark. On the second day, we expected housekeeping but it was not done until we requested.”

“Good location, good hardware but services can be improved. We arrived at 11am and were told room would not be ready until 3pm, but room was still not ready when we returned at 5pm. Staff rushed to assign another room to us which was obviously prepared for other client as shown by the greeting card in the room. Also, doormen were not so attentive as expected”

“Love that there are slippers and bottled water but don’t like how there’s no toothbrush. The hair dryer is rather old and smells burnt (like it’s going to catch fire).”
