“We loved our stay with Cresent. First time to visit. Staff was great and.very thoughtful. We came for.our anniversary. I spoke to Wilda when i called to ask.a few questions about bruch ideas. She's the best. We arrived to find strawberries and champagne in our room. We will definitely be back!”

“Hate when hotels charge a resort fee (this is a city hotel not a resort) and then give it back to you saying you got a special credit for the restaurant. ”

“The property itself was fine, though there were some issues like the shower not draining properly, missing door handle to the closet, light bulbs out in the bathroom. The biggest issue was communication with Regal Stays. I initially booked for four days and had to extend it. When I called to extend the satay a guy answered who seemed to be at home or in a loud area. I didn’t get any official receipt for my extension, he just sent me a link to pay. But there was no confirmation email or text,……
