“I intentionally booked the Junior Suite according to the website photo for that particular room but the staff had put me in another room. It was quite clear from their reply that they gave the room to someone else, so upgraded me to a modern room. Disappointing as I wanted the character of the old style room but that said, the room we were given was spacious and comfortable. Considering the price / value for money, I will not be staying here again ”

Very small TV, and the bed was a little too soft for my liking.

“This is my very first time to take bath in bedroom. It is extremely relaxing. The room is comfy enough for you to feel like home. The breakfast is also very nice with good presentation. Highly recommended for couple!”

Requested a fan and this arrived quickly, made a huge difference sleeping. Parking not on site, but options very near. Walking distance to Weybridge shops and park. ”

The elevator in the building was out of order as such it was quite exhausting carrying all the luggage to the top floor. The parking is convenient but quite tight.”
“It's pretty nice. My biggest complaint was that it was so warm we had to keep the windows open all the time, which meant we had to listen to traffic noise all the time, and there is a lot of traffic noise.
Other notes:
Window blinds were damaged and half-functional.
Combination clothes washer/dryer does not dry effectively.
Only one key is provided for an apartment that sleeps six.
