“Took over an hour for them to check us in. And then I made sure the other travelers in our party wouldn’t have to wait as long and that their rooms would be ready. Two of them had their rooms ready when they arrived. The other ones had to wait 30 minutes to an hour also. When we got into our room. There was a wet spot, dog food and hair still on the bathroom floor. Housekeeping came up and cleaned it right away, but it was pretty gross walking into that. The bed really comfortable. “The property itself was fine, though there were some issues like the shower not draining properly, missing door handle to the closet, light bulbs out in the bathroom. The biggest issue was communication with Regal Stays. I initially booked for four days and had to extend it. When I called to extend the satay a guy answered who seemed to be at home or in a loud area. I didn’t get any official receipt for my extension, he just sent me a link to pay. But there was no confirmation email or text,……
