"Great rooms! Bar and pool area are lovely. Thai restaurant was average at best though service was good. Breakfast again very average and overpriced in my opinion. Staff are lovely though one lady who manages the restaurant was not great - asked her for something, said she would get someone on it and 20 minutes later still nothing then when we asked her she took 0 accountability. "Our second visit and it certainly did not disappoint. From our arrival, being met in the car park, through our stay to the very last minute, the staff could not do enough for us. Room was spacious and well laid out. Lemon cake already in the room was delicious. Grounds are amazing especially if like me, you are interested in plants, their growth and wellbeing. The orchard and veg/herb gardens are a joy. We opted for the tasting menu which was wonderful. Strawberry dessert was to die...

"Had a fabulous stay at the crazy bear. Our room was very comfortable and the staff are all very attentive. We ate at the English restaurant; wedding menu tasting. Ryan our waiter went above and beyond to make our meal perfect! No complaints but a bedside lamp would be useful "

"Nice property overall, location can’t be beat, walkable to Windsor and Eton and the river. No hot water the first day, difficult to get a hold of staff as there is no overnight staffing. Emergency and contact numbers were out of date, manager didn’t pick up her mobile phone because they didn’t recognise the number calling, which we thought was odd. Water issue was remedied. No compensation offered. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Didn’t hear any noise from street or from restaurant....

Requested a fan and this arrived quickly, made a huge difference sleeping. Parking not on site, but options very near. Walking distance to Weybridge shops and park. "

"The apartment itself was very well appointed and exactly as advertised. The elevator in the building was out of order as such it was quite exhausting carrying all the luggage to the top floor. The parking is convenient but quite tight."
