“I like the service and the quality of this hotel when I need something they always gave me something right away and then the hotel is very less free and I could take a lot of pictures and look so pretty! The room in the hotel is pretty clean and I think you can do it better well if the carpet not black”

“Some rooms are remodeled, but most are not. The difference between the two group is huge. The first room we got is pretty terrible. The hotel change a room in the end. ”

“The aesthetic is amazing, the decor and the service is impeccable. The staff varied in certain interactions I had. As someone who doesn't like to bother people, I found some staff to be extremely helpful whereas 2 seemed to be extremely snarky and rude. It was a wonderful stay in the areas of cleanliness, ambiance, and overall service. I found the stay to be very enjoyable and would highly recommend 1 Hotel's service to anyone that is interested in staying. The spa however was beyond expensive……
