“各方面都棒！”

“I booked five nights. The first night was not very good experience. They gave me a very bad room. And then I told them the room was very bad. The manager checked the room and they felt bad. They apologise to me. And then they upgraded me to the suite. I am so happy not because they upgraded me. Is because they really treat the customer very serious. When they found the room was not up to standard and they apologised. This is what’s we called “good service“. I will definately come back……

“great location nested at hibiya park and few mins walk to ginza shopping area. the room was spacious with nice green views. fitness center is up to renovation soon, still it got everything - gym, pool, sauna. except the check-in problem, all staff were helpful and caring.”

“Grand hotel with Beautiful garden. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the stay very much. Need to walk uphill from the nearby Metro station to the hotel, could be good exercise in nice weather.”

“房间在日本算大，在国内只是普通。特意问前台要了个看东京塔房间。酒店内的意大利餐厅出品很棒，下午到晚上看着都是座无虚席。早餐品质非常棒，水果居然有蓝莓，樱桃和金奇异果。日餐虽然不错，性价比不高。游泳池和SPA都还可以。但是游泳池健身房对非HYATT会员收费。酒店周围有商场，食街，美术馆，展望台，适合休闲游，但是不太适合初次到东京游客。”

“Excellent service overall with everything close by. The size of the room is agreeable as it is because it’s Tokyo! The decor is modern with superb cleanliness standard. Breakfast were served in good portion and varieties. The only complain is the toilet needs extra ventilation for no matter how I sanitised and wiped with alcohol it still smells like concentrated piss”

“We had a fabulous stay in this hotel, it’s convenient, just 5 min walk to the shinagawa station. The room is roomy, and they have a business centre for me to deal with some urgent paper work! ”

“The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is just next to the Shinagawa Station. I feel good especially when I was taking my baggage from the airport. The reception and the restaurant staff are all very friendly and nice. Some improvement may be needed for the room, as it is not cleaned up very well, and the remote control of the television was not working well. But overall, the room is bigger than I expect before, and it is very comfortable. ”

“The hotel’s location is fantastic and the view is superb. However, there’s still room for improvement in respect of service. Whenever we requested something, we were attended to in piecemeal fashion. Staff’s level of English may need to be improved. In addition, the bathtub was not equipped with shower gel or shampoo, and there is no TV in the bathroom. The TV also do not have Netflix or Apple TV functions. The theme of the room is also not Japanese enough, for which I cannot tell any visible……

“浴缸是圓形的 洗澡很舒服 整體房間的設計很棒 住在48樓的view超好 夜景也很漂亮 這次是第二次入住了 下次來東京一樣會選擇這邊 ”

“可能是住太多五星飯店，所以對東京的威斯汀有所期待，地點在恵比寿，離車站10鐘左右，不近！但是有空中走道，下雨天蠻方便的。入住時排隊辦理登記，等的有些久，有幫我們把行李先提走，服務還不錯。房間說是view很好，可以看到東京鐵塔，但是實際看到很小。房間蠻大的，但是可能有些歳月了，硬件已經跟不上時代，完全沒有五星飯店的豪華感，有點失望！浴室用品都是中國制的，感覺像商務酒店用的，浴缸有點小，泡起來不舒服。整個硬件体驗还是前一晚的設計型酒店舒適。不過，早餐倒是蠻豐盛的，味道和內容都不錯，感覺這次的體驗，完全像買早餐附贈一晚住宿。”
