“I absolutely loved Excellence El Carmen. It is a large, beautifully manicured property. It has many pools, bars and restaurants. It also has a different live entertainment every night of the week. Food is also very good. Especially loved room service breakfast, Aroma coffee and desert place and dinners at French, Mexican and Indian restaurants. Staff is also very nice and polite. This place is perfect if you are looking for a relaxing and restful ambiance. Highly recommend!”

“喜欢这家度假村的多样性，无论是吃的，玩的，住的都很好。设计方面也很特别，大堂去到房间的路上也设计得很好，路上有很多餐馆和上商店。不好的在于高峰期的时候等车要等很久，里面太大了，没车走路真的又累又热。不过条件允许的话租个高尔夫小车出行还是很方便的。”

“During our checked in, it took us 1.5 hours . There was only one staff assisting the customers. That was around 2;30pm. My group said where’s the rest of the staff? Almost 3pm, few staffs came out and looked like they just finished their siesta! Spa prices- before I arrived at the hotel , the staff sent me spa prices. My friend and I booked our appointment at the beach desk lounge and showed as the same prices what the hotel sent me. When we went to the spa and requested changes from our……

“My son and I went for his spring break and we had a blast. The staff were very accommodating, welcoming and nice. The activities on the resort for the kids were also amazing. ”

“The resort was beautiful; the pictures online are a great realistic description. Some staff memebers seem to cater more to the Caucasian staff and that was a little disappointing. The resort did not allow me to experience the "Adult only" benefits due to them allowing kids to be on the adult side and in our pool. I didnt even feel comfortable wearing certain swimsuits because kids were around. Besides that I really enjoyed the resort”

“Property was beautiful. I like the different sections. I was not a fan at the fact that most restaurants did not open until 6:30pm and closed at 10pm. It was quite a limited window to experience the food at the resort.”

“Tivemos uma excelente estadia nesse hotel! O quarto era limpo, grande e bem espaçoso, com roupas de camas e toalhas de ótima qualidade. O staff nos recebeu super bem e estava sempre pendente para atender nossas necessidades da melhor maneira. Os restaurantes eram deliciosos. No Blue Marlin, em especial, comemos super bem! E, ainda, comíamos apreciando uma lindíssima vista! O único ponto negativo que notei, é que havia algumas formiguinhas no banheiro. No mais, esse é realmente um daqueles hotéis……
