“The hotel room is huge, and every detail is perfect. From the watch to the wine, everything is impeccable. Moreover, the hotel's location is close to the center of Bath, making it incredibly convenient for finding food and going shopping. The staff is also extremely polite, and the handsome young man from concierge, in particular, is exceptionally nice to us. He attentiveness made my partner and me feel like VIPs. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I highly recommend everyone to try……

“The room itself is fine, but I encountered issues with the water temperature fluctuating in the shower. It's very difficult to control, especially during the winter season. Additionally, the location of the hotel is not very convenient for traveling in Bath, even if you have a car. (The center of Bath is always prone to traffic jams.) Overall, I believe the value of this selection is not good.”

“Had a quick but great stay at the white star. Staff friendly and welcoming, room clean and comfortable. Not the best view but not staying long enough to worry about that. Great location to get around. Wonderful breakfast. Would stay again. ”

“Staff were super and the bed and pillows were amazing. Our room had air con, which was turned off when we arrived. It was extremely hot. Full sun had been on the room all day and it was like an oven. We turned the air con on and didn't make much difference. We did not sleep at all well We checked out early at 7.30 am as we we had to look after our grandchildren . We were not able to have breakfast which we had paid for as they didn't start service until 8.30 am All doors were locked……

“Stayed here for my birthday as wanted somewhere close to Frome and Stourhead. Lovely room with everything you need; sympathetically restored old building with 5 bedrooms. Bed very comfortable and shower very good. Stayed for an evening meal and enjoyed the lovely breakfast.”

“We had an amazing stay at Leighton Hotel. The rooms was perfect, well decorated and a good size. The service was brilliant. The best part was the breakfast, such a good range of options on and off menu. Would highly recommend anyone to stay.”

“Great service and very nice room. Dinner was excellent and the staff could not have been more helpful. The only downside (and it was quite a downside) is that our room was above the kitchen and the door was on an automatic closer which meant it slammed every time it shut. And this started at about 7.00 in the morning....”
