"The hardware is good, new and pretty, but I think the staffs need more training if the hotel want to be rate as a 5 star hotel as stated. If this is a 4 star hotel, I will say experience is more of acceptable. Breakfast is disappointing, food is up to standard, but again, problem with staff training of their cleanliness, basic knowledge of what utensils are needed to prepare for various kinds of food. Some food especially drinks were literally empty without refill towards the end of breakfast...
