The location of the hotel is great, as everything you need is within walking distance. The breakfast is very tasty. There was nothing we could fault with this hotel.”

“I intentionally booked the Junior Suite according to the website photo for that particular room but the staff had put me in another room. It was quite clear from their reply that they gave the room to someone else, so upgraded me to a modern room. Disappointing as I wanted the character of the old style room but that said, the room we were given was spacious and comfortable. Considering the price / value for money, I will not be staying here again ”

“酒店位于海边，过了马路就面朝大海了。本来很喜欢酒店的服务，以前住过的。可是这次稍稍失望，我们check in在12点半，下了火车带着4岁孩子，可是却说房间没有整理好，告诉我按规定是下午3点check in的。无可挑剔的回答。只好下午3点拿到房间钥匙。酒店当天一定很少人入住，就早餐的人数不到10人，而且我退房时（11:00），明眼看到服务生带客人入住。这是我入住5星级酒店唯一的一次下午3点拿到房间钥匙。”

“Really enjoyed staying in this quirky pub … I was advised about no lift so happy to store a big case downstairs and just take a small case upstairs. Comfy bed (pillows linen) Breakfast fantastic and lovely staff ”

“Really delightful experience, with a particularly scrumptious breakfast! Down in Bognor Regis for one of my best friend's milestone birthdays and needed a quiet, peaceful, countryside bolt hole to overnight in. My room was clean, easily accessible and tucked away out of the hubbub of pub flow. I enjoyed the novelty of the four poster bed, the rainfall drench shower, and the tasteful decor. The staff were polite and appropriately attentive. Just lovely.”

“Our second visit and it certainly did not disappoint. From our arrival, being met in the car park, through our stay to the very last minute, the staff could not do enough for us. Room was spacious and well laid out. Lemon cake already in the room was delicious. Grounds are amazing especially if like me, you are interested in plants, their growth and wellbeing. The orchard and veg/herb gardens are a joy. We opted for the tasting menu which was wonderful. Strawberry dessert was to die……

“Staff were super and the bed and pillows were amazing. Our room had air con, which was turned off when we arrived. It was extremely hot. Full sun had been on the room all day and it was like an oven. We turned the air con on and didn't make much difference. We did not sleep at all well We checked out early at 7.30 am as we we had to look after our grandchildren . We were not able to have breakfast which we had paid for as they didn't start service until 8.30 am All doors were locked……

“Nice little place, food was good, shower in room was excellent. Very small TV, and the bed was a little too soft for my liking. For a one night stay it was good.”

“This is my very first time to take bath in bedroom. It is extremely relaxing. The room is comfy enough for you to feel like home. The breakfast is also very nice with good presentation. Highly recommended for couple!”

“Had a fabulous stay at the crazy bear. Our room was very comfortable and the staff are all very attentive. We ate at the English restaurant; wedding menu tasting. Ryan our waiter went above and beyond to make our meal perfect! No complaints but a bedside lamp would be useful ”

“Good: The decoration of the room is cozy and in good classic style There is a bar on the ground floor which is good Staff are nice and friendly Bad: Strong smell in the bathroom which is disgusting, we think that comes from the eroding wood The water boiler is not clean and there is even water remain inside Being asked for the room key after check out but believe their staff mixed things up (Wrong number tag on the key)”
