“Most of the staff are extremely good and friendly; however, there were lots of time when some staff members were too rigid about unimportant things (like sitting in the fine dining area 7 minutes before it officially opened for the evening).
5-star service is based on always finding a way to accommodate what the guest would like. This is often very affordable for the company but does a lot towards making the customer feeling welcome!
