“This place doesn’t provide daily room service and I was told “no guarantees” for service help by one of the front desk attendants. The pool was cold and the hot tub was also cold. The breakfast crew were great. The cleaning crew and room attendants work hard to keep things nice and we appreciated them. ”

“Stayed 2 nights for a wedding. Loved the convenience of it being attached to the Dakota Event Center. Maverick’s Steakhouse was also attached and very good! Target was right across the street as well as dining options. Rooms are big, beds are comfy!”

“The breakfast was much better than I expected compared to the usual Hotel breakfast.”

“Overall, property was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Especially liked the breakfast area and food choices. Only suggestion would be that the front desk be more responsive to requests for more pool towels. When we went to the pool area, there were no towels left. My daughter went to the front desk to ask for more for the additional guests that were coming into the pool area as we left. She gave my daughter 2 towels, one for each of us. I went to the front desk and told her the situation, but……

“I stayed at The White House Inn in May 2024 and it was OK. The place is clean enough. It's next to train tracks so it can be noisy at times with the passing trains. We used the meeting room for a family event and it went well. It cost $75 to use the meeting room for the afternoon but it was worth it. ”

“This was the perfect space for my visit. I was walking distance from several places I needed to pop into during my trip, and it was a quick drive to anywhere that was too far to walk. The apartment was clean and it was obviously the host put a lot of care into creating a cozy getaway. It had everything I needed and more. I’m looking forward to staying there again.”

“The house was everything listed and more. The view of the lake at the edge of the backyard was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The check-in and check-out was simple. There was plenty of hot water for 6 to shower. The washer and dryer were brand new-so much easier to pack less and do a load while you are there.”

“Clean, easily sleeps 7 adults in individual beds or 3 couples and 7 kids. Great view, beautiful deck with nice grill. Highly recommended for any families looking to get away to the lake.”
