"Some of the staff were amazing! The check in lady was so helpful and kind. As was the lady at the main entrance who always helped us super fast. The gentleman that dealt with taxis and cars outside - the main entrance manager was really rude and did not help at all. The concierge also never got back to us on the questions and help we needed. "My trip was awesome from the Zen Spa to the shisha lounge. Also eating on the waters at Finz restaurant and enjoying some me time on my balcony. I was also recommended by Charles of a restaurant across from the resort which was great too. I highly recommend this resort!"
