“The information about the space is inaccurate. Definitely more than 32 sq ft.- possibly wrong units. The Picture and the descriptors used: Deluxe, Studio and Suite are an overestimation. It is simply a studio. Telling it as it is reduces the shock you get when you are shown your room. My balcony was unusable as it has been converted to store broken furniture. Just discard the spoilt chair and keep the mops et al elsewhere”

“Great place to stay at. Good breakfast and dinner at ELM restaurant located next door. Friendly staff everywhere. Our host Gideon did a great job and was very responsiveness to our questions regarding booking a shuttle to airport, request for extra towels etc. Will come back again in the future!”

Signature Apartments in Accra even though not a hotel, proved that they have a spot amongst 4 star hotels. I enjoyed my stay. The only problem was the uncontrollable hot water during shower. Overall, I rate the service 10/10. Jennifer, my agent was superb.”

“I initially booked this place for one night because I wasn’t sure how the place was going to be and also the price threw me off a bit. I thought the price was a bit low. De Ace court caught me by surprise. If I’m not boasting I would say it’s one of the most beautiful, cleanest and cozy places I have stayed in Ghana. The staff were very respectful and security was top notch. The owner was very respectful, responsible, and kind gentleman. His service was top notch. I will not hesitate to rebook……
