Excellent but with issues
Book in process was sent in separate e-mail which went to my junk mail. Because the apartment was in a hotel we thought we checked in via the hotel but that wasn't the case. Once we had the e-mail we could get the key. The separate email kinda said where to find the apartments car but the car park was a dungeon and I couldn't find it. The papers in the apartment clearly described the car park location and all was well. This info needs to be in the check in email. There was no mention of the need to get a key card for the lifts in any of the documentation. The lounge room was dingy at night due to low wattage globes and two blown globes. Would I go there again - you betcha. The apartment was good quality and as described. The location was suburb!!

Great location, good place.
Location was fantastic, great view and good apartment. The kitchen good size, bedrooms good size, great layout for small family, lots of windows and natural light, my little one loved the view of the park and busses going by, very comfy beds and blackout curtains. Couple of minor downfalls - dated furniture and bathroom, some lights not working and lights in bathroom broken, the oven symbols and temps has been scrubbed off so very difficult to use and one stovetop cooker broken. A little updating and fixes and would of been 10/10. Also, different instructions on site to what the agency supplied with parking which was very confusing, lucky the instruction book is in the apartment.

Above Expectations
Beautiful location. Responsive and professional host. We arranged for a client to receive respite here and she thoroughly enjoyed her stay. The apartment location was perfect as were the facilities and cleanliness. We will be back again!!

All went well. Should state keys are directly behind wall with 7 on it. In dark impossible to find. Also surprised I had no contact back to ensure all was well after enquiry about keys.

Excellent location. Furnishings adequate but tired. Stove top and oven have missing knobs and markings. Unable to use oven. Washing machine is small and dryer never worked even after 4 hour cycle.
