“Kahvaltı kötüydü. Sabah 10 da kahvaltıya indik her sey buz gibiydi. Menemen vs yoktu. Domates peynir yiyebildim sadece kahvaltı gerçekten soğuk ve kötüydü. Malzemelerin sıcak kalmasını sağlayabilirlerdi ya da arara ısıtabilirlerdi diğer otellerde kahvaltı sıcacık oluyor. 1 puan hizmeti bu yüzden kırdım. ”

“Resepsiyondan, müşterilere güler yüzlü insanlar bulunuyor, odamız temizdi ve gönül rahatlığıyla kullanılabilirdi, odalarda sigara içilmesi yasak ama resepsiyon kaydımızı alırken sordu ve ona göre bize balkonlu oda verdi. Bulunduğu konum metro ve tramvaya çok yakın. ”

“I came to Izmir to visit my customer VESTEL in Manisa which 21 km away from Izmir downton. The reception desk's staff introduce a taxi driver and told me the texi costs should be 100TL one way. I accept his suggestion and hire the taxi to go there. Two hour later I use the original taxi back. The driver ask me to pay 200TL. Afterware I ask the taxi on the street. They said the cost should be around 100TL one way. So... This hotel's staff took advantage from me with the bad taxi driver.”

“Location is great. It's far from the cool area of Izmir but if you want to be in the middle of all the shopping/historical action, this is the best place. It has a very cute central open air area which is also the restaurants. Bed was comfy and room was clean. ”

“Oda temizlik açısından güzeldi. Fakat otelin konumu çevresi çok ara sokaklarda kalıyor. Akşam 9 dan sonrası çıkmak çok riskli. Ara sokaklar çok karanlık ve tehlikeli bunu söyleyen oranın esnafları. Konaklamada bir problem yaşamadık. Gayet güzeldi tek sorun oda da halı olmaması diyebilirim onun dışında güzeldi tekrardan otel yönetimine verdikleri hizmet için teşekkürler.”
