"Very nice room comfortable bedding. Staff helpful and always available. Laundry facilities came in handy. Breakfast was convenient and good variety. Slamming doors at 4 and 5 am ….inconsiderate guests. Wish there was a fix for that. The air conditioner ran a little warm so had to turn down quite a bit lower than usual. Overall very pleasant stay. "

"If you are planning to visit universal studio then this is the place to be. You can walk to the universal studio in 8 min. Shuttle runs every 15 min. View of the mountain from the room is amazing. Staff is very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the stay a lot. Will stay here again."
