“This experience was a rough one. The check-in process for this unit was non-existent. We never received a check-in code from our host. This was after we emailed, called, and texted to the numbers we had to which we received no response at all. Had it not been for the apartment manager who had the ability to access the code for us after verifying that we did indeed rent the unit we would have ended up in a hotel. After we got into the unit it was obvious that it had been cleaned however, the……

“Located in the heart of Peninsula. Parked the car on arrival and it never moved until we left two days later. Easy walking access to restaurants, a new coffee/wine shop, several shops, walking trails, the train depot, and multiple churches. It is located upstairs to a popcorn store, so the whole place has a fragrance of popcorn which we found pleasant. Looking forward to another visit in the future.”

“Nice weekend getaway for adult family. We hand one child under 2. Beds comfortable. Cute place just needs a little home improvement. A couple of closet doors are broken and railing for stairs. Outside needs cleaned up. Understanding for spring when it is difficult to lawn mow between rain.”

“The suite was as pictured and described. The bed linens and down comforter was so soft and the mattress firm but soft. Slept great!! I enjoyed the bright decor and colors. Excellent 70” tv and was happy to have HBO Max + cable. The heating system worked well although maybe add a small one to the bedroom. Bathroom was clean but very small and tight space between toilet and tub. Overall really enjoyed myself!”

“The owners were wonderful and always tried to make sure we stayed active by giving us tips for activities. The place was within walking distance from many restaurants on Front street near the falls. There is only one parking spot and around the outside of the apartment is cluttered. The inside was dark and still could use updates and completion work. There was no “ living room “ with a couch to sit on in the evening. We were provided with plenty of toiletries to use. We always felt safe while on……

“The property exceeded our expectations! It was a great place to stay, had plenty of space for people to sleep and tons of activities. Definitely recommend!”

“Nice clean place. Close to everything. Basement apartment can tell have trouble with wetness. Smelled musty when first entered, but once open did not notice again. Had trouble with locking system to get in. Had some difficulty communicating with rental agent to get in. In the end, we were able to get in and had a great stay and able to visit friends and family. “My only complaint is the quality of the nattresses. The mattresses were covered with plastic. Every time my husband moved, he woke me, and vice versa. The matress creaked, was lumpy, and i felt like i was sleeping on soggy cardboard. Also i couldn't find any potholders in the kitchen. All in all it was a great weekend”

“The space was very clean, functional, and had all of the amenities you would need. We were not placed in the space listed, though we did end up in a larger unit with a separate bedroom. Our check-in was a little confusing and communications could be slow at times throughout our stay, but we were consistently assisted by our friendly hosts. All in all, it was a good spot in a great location.”

“The host was quick with communication and the property is beautiful. Backyard butts up against the channel so you can see the sunsets and boats passing through. Very lovely and highly recommend.”

“My college friends and stayed here for a short weekend trip. It was a very nice and clean house. The property manager stayed in communication and was very helpful. We also hiked at Cuyahoga Valley NP which is only about 25-30 minutes away from the house. Over all we had a great experience and we would stay there again in the future!”
