“Noisy by the hwy”

“We stayed here to go to Cuyahoga National park. It was great to be able to take our boys (dogs) and have a fenced in yard. There were cute themes to the rooms and the place was plenty big. There was also plenty of entertainment available and lots of other things to do in the area. We did not pay for the extra room so it was a little odd having an locked off room attached to us and it would have been nice to access the fence from directly inside of the house had we gotten that extra room--but it……

“Great staff. Very good breakfast. I had a king suite, bed was somewhat firm which I like. I stayed 3 nights. The bathtub did not drain well for showers.”

“The young lady who worked 8pm-8am was very friendly & welcoming. There should be more people like her. The other worker's we in countered with weren't very pleasant,the housekeeper was rude when we we're trying to ask for extra towels.The daytime front desk lady wasn't pleasant,when i said hi & good afternoon she responded like it was painful to resond. I work with the public & im a friendly person,so by far your night time front desk lady is the best...”

“When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review”

“We were in the area for a wedding. When not at wedding related events, the house was the perfect spot to relax. We loved the view of the lake & enjoyed walking the trails around it! The house was super cute, clean & comfy (couches & beds)! The kitchen had everything we needed & even included yummy snacks!
