“Tequila restaurant needs to improve its customers satisfaction , I only got reservation at 9pm and most of the items in buffet were missing . “We stayed 5 days celebrating our anniversary. This place was amazing. The staff was incredible. It wasn't too crowded, the accommodations and grounds were top notch. “I enjoyed the Miramar restaurant. The buffet had a nice variety of options. The dining staff team was super nice and attentive. There were plenty of pools and easy access to the beach. It was very quiet, not crowded because it was the off season. It was extremely close to the theme park, the Mayan Ruins and the town. The taxis/transportation was easily accessible, as well.”

“This property holds a special place in our hearts as we were married here in 2017 and we return every year! This year we were a little disappointed with our room cleanliness and amenities. The property is beautiful as always but seemed a little less unkept compared to years prior. The resort also seems to become very lax with the smokers, allowing them to smoke in all areas. Chic is a must do. Also, visit the White Sands lobby bar, Roger makes the best drinks. We had something new every night! ”
