Not a 4-5 star hotel

The hotel is okay if you are just looking for a cheap getaway, but from a 4-5 star hotel I expected better things. The quality and choice of food and drink was really poor. If I had known then I wouldn’t have paid for all inclusive as it was a massive waste of money. All the bars and entertainment close early too which was disappointing. It wasn’t dirty but I wouldn’t say the hotel was entirely clean either. Table service is slow at all food times and plates/cutlery still wet and felt unhygienic.

Food quality was poor at breakfast & dinner and limited options. Restaurants staff aren’t professional.

We opt for the 'all-inclusive' package, however, was very disappointing. Very limited options for drink and eat. Also, the food offered was average. I would not recommend.

Great accomodation and facilities. Water sports and beach position excellent. Breakfast buffet too noisy and busy.

It was amazing stay, we as a family enjoyed a lot. The hotel is very clean, well organised and the staff is so helpful.

Good to stay!

the hotel is huge and nice to stay in, my only feedback was regarding the breakfast as it was not as it should be! the pool temperatures was controlled while the water at the kids water park was extremally cold!
