Tons of space for large group
"Great spot located relatively close to area ski resorts, with TONS of space for a large group and many beds for great sleeping capacity. House was relatively clean and easy to access as well, great affordable option for a large gathering place up north!"

Perfect getaway
"This property was just what we were looking for! The cabin was adorable and had everything we needed. My son loves to fish and being able to walk out on the dock and cast a line was right up his alley. The hammock with the view was outstanding. I was relaxed and refreshed after our stay!"

Wonderful Place
"This was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend! It was a bit bigger than it looked in the pictures, which was great. The shower was a little bit small, but very usable. The only thing missing qould be a sponge or dish cloth to wash the dishes with. Everything else was wonderful!"

Jun 20, 2019Great place to stay if your looking for a northern lodge experience. Twenty acres along Crooked River with trails and kayaks to use. Large fire pit in back of lodge which faces river. Easy drive to several northern attractions. Reasonably priced.

May 28, 2019Alanson has quite a few dining options now, as well as a Subway and a Dairy Queen. It’s not far to a big grocery store. Petoskey is the next city for fun shopping and beautiful scenery, and fun eateries.
