We didn't end up staying in the hotel. It is not safe for anyone and we would not let our family be put in that position.

Bedsheet had cigarette burns, had to change since first room didn't have a shower curtain, sink wasn't working, cigarette smell in the rooms

We had a great stay the only had a few things like guest being loud and one of the workers coming in our room for an hour trying to get the phone to work, but we never even asked for a new phone or even use the phone but other than that had a great day

Our room had a very strong odour from the cleaning products as soon as we entered the room. Although the room did not look clean at all.The floor was dirty. The top blanket was very old and stained.. The sheets were stained. There was hair on the pillow case. Under the sheets were old blood stains that looked like someone got killed. We had to go purchase new sheets and a blanket. We did not want to leave as we travelled very far and both of us are not in the best health and very exhausted. Then we found out the toilet was blocked. My husband tried to call the front desk but the phone did not work. He went there and the man at the counter tried to give him a plunger to unclog it himself but he refused so he offered to switch us to another room but we did not want to pack up and leave we just wanted to toilet fixed. I then went there and asked for maintenance. He said there was none and he was alone. Again he wanted us to move. Then 3 more staff came out the back and they said someone would be there to fix it. An elderly man who was obviously annoyed came and unclogged it in a minute.

This was the worst roadside hotel i have ever been to. Felt very unsafe and it was super gross and dirty. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. But the bathroom floor was full of hair etc
