The hotel is well-maintained and staff pleasant. We were however disappointed to discover, upon arrival, that the pool was out of service, as that was an amenity that drew us to reserve here. The next morning my kids were additionally disappointed to discover the pancake machine - a treat they look forward to at Holiday Inns, was out of service. Management offered to discount our stay and I do hope to see that credit come through.

Staff and property were very nice and polite. Other guests were loud and disruptive in the halls. Smoke Detector began chirping from low battery. No one’s fault and issue corrected. Front desk briefed.

The rooms were clean; but bathrooms were very small. Sink was as outside the bathroom! Breakfast was average; but enjoyed the turkey sausage and cinnamon rolls. Staff was pleasant and grounds and surrounding area were okay.

The room was clean, staff was hospitable. We had a suite. The breakfast was hot and on time. There seemed to be permanent residents in this hotel. We booked the room for 3 people and there were only two towels... The staff immediately, with a smile, provided me with the additional towels we needed. No complaints!
