He had some renters prior to us that did not take care of the house and he was in the process of fixing things that were broken. “This was an excellent house in a very pretty, safe, clean neighborhood. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the house when we walked in. It was well organized, with a well stocked kitchen. The shower was hot with great pressure, and there were lots of towels for our party of 6. The backyard was very pretty. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub was not working and we didn't find it until after we'd booked. Other than that, this house was absolutely perfect for us. I would……

“The home was nice and felt very homey. The location is on a busier street then we originally thought but the overall house is nice and the backyard was nice for our dog to run around and the outdoor seating was nice on to have on the nice days. I did find the kitchen was lacking some supplies, there seemed to be a lot of spoons but no knives and there was only 1 frying pan but overall nice place to stay.”
