“This property is a bird sanctuary! It was so peaceful and a perfect getaway. The cabin with hot tub was comfortable. We enjoyed reading on the front porch, cooking out on the grill, fire pit under the stars at night and most of all the sounds of birds chirping during sunrise. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We look forward to our next getaway to Asheville River Cabins! ”

“This was a great trip overall, and this property really added to our long weekend experience. I had been to Asheville several times, but I usually stay closer to town and walkable to most downtown areas, so this was a wonderful balance of being able to enjoy the outdoor space while still being able to catch inexpensive Uber/Lyft rides when easier to leave the car parked at the cabin.”

“This was the perfect place for our family getaway. Perched on the top of a mountain with an amazing view. The place was clean and comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The whole experience was smooth and top notch. Everyone was so happy and impressed with this spot. It was so close to Asheville, we were able to go into the city for some of the time and explore. “The cabin was very nice and the views were wonderful!! We would love to come back. The only problem was we got to the cabin and the cleaning crew was still there and were taking up the driveway. It was odd because we got there an hour and a half after check in but they still were not done. Other than that, loved our stay!”

“Cool little cabin in a great location. It's secluded and quiet. It has a nice little outdoor area for a fire. Close to several cool outdoor activities. We spent several nights. We went to Mt. Mitchel, Chimney Rock State Park, The Biltmore, and several hikes and overlooks on the Blueridge Parkway. The host was a great communicator. Experience was excellent!”

“Loved this property with Kasa! Gives you a great place to stay feeling like a little apartment for a great price! The street getting to the property is pretty narrow city street, so just keep a heads up!”

“Beautiful neighborhood close to everything. Well appointed home! Quiet and comfortable. Would suggest a few blinds on windows in main living area as homes are close together and did not feel comfortable for privacy purposes. No soap for bathing or dishwashing items where available upon arrival. Just went to store to purchase. Shower stopped working in 2nd bathroom but tub was available. Did not call maintenance for this. Had problems getting temperature comfortable due to high tec thermostat.……
