“This was an awesome place for the money. I wasn't real interested in wandering around outside the motel at night but inside the sheets and towels were clean, room was clean, there was a safe in the room. What more can you ask for $80? And the people working there were super nice.”

“Decent little spot on Tunnel Rd. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. It was very clean. It’s a little “how much lipstick can you put on a pig” but this pig cleaned up quite nicely. If you want somewhere that’s a cheap Lyft ride from downtown, check this spot out. ”

“I was a little unsure about this place at first but when I got there it was fine. The room was clean and didn’t smell. It was affordable. It’s a simple room close to town. I would stay again. ”

“I travel a lot. The front desk called after check in to make sure the roim was okay. I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, I smoke, and the room still smelled nice. The refrigerator was not only clean but worked . Very well. The room over all was very clean. I will stay there again ”

“My room was extremely clean and well-appointed with a larger than average mini-fridge, clean microwave, newer coffee pot and a newer model large flatscreen t.v. conveniently mounted across from the bed. Speaking of the bed! It was a very comfy pillow top queen set with crisp clean sheets and a HUGE oversized warm. The water pressure was amazing and stayed hot as long as I showered. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip through Asheville! ”

“This has been my regular place to stay since I have been traveling here for work. The rooms have been recently refurbished and always clean. Black Mountain is a cool small mountain community town with nice shops and restaurants to visit. Asheville is only about 15 minutes away making it well worth it as a place to stay. ”

“This property is a bird sanctuary! It was so peaceful and a perfect getaway. The cabin with hot tub was comfortable. We enjoyed reading on the front porch, cooking out on the grill, fire pit under the stars at night and most of all the sounds of birds chirping during sunrise. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We look forward to our next getaway to Asheville River Cabins! ”

“Loved this property with Kasa! Gives you a great place to stay feeling like a little apartment for a great price! The street getting to the property is pretty narrow city street, so just keep a heads up!”

“Beautiful neighborhood close to everything. Well appointed home! Quiet and comfortable. Would suggest a few blinds on windows in main living area as homes are close together and did not feel comfortable for privacy purposes. No soap for bathing or dishwashing items where available upon arrival. Just went to store to purchase. Shower stopped working in 2nd bathroom but tub was available. Did not call maintenance for this. Had problems getting temperature comfortable due to high tec thermostat.……
