The front desk staff were excellent. We didn’t like our first room and she graciously helped us move to another. The hotel was not clean; especially the floors. The beds were uncomfortable. The price was excellent which could have clued us of the bad conditions.

It was okay. Washroom was not in good shape. There is no elevator to second floor. They could manage it better way.

Although you did not give us feedback I can see from the rating you were not happy with our facilities; I apologize we did not meet your standards and wish we had. The staff was excellent. Very professional and friendly. The room was clean, only complaints I have was the bed was very hard and the room smelled moldy and like smoke.
