Front office staff was AMAZING - Dee was so nice and welcoming and even called our airline to try to help when it lost our golf clubs! When back in Glasgow, I can’t see why we wouldn’t stay at Spires again. ”

“The Kist is one of the most beautiful accommodations, we‘ve ever been. Surrounded by fields & hills, with a lot of animals around you, it is very quiet. On the other hand the next greater town (Stirling) is not far away and from there you can travel by train very easy and fast to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Stirling is also worth visiting. The accommodation is very nice and equipped and Ilona and her husband are very helpful landlords. I hope, we will come back one day!”

“As advertised Patrick’s home is right on the water. It was great seeing Dolphins playing in the morning. We took the ferry with our car and it was great. The house was spacious and very clean. It takes a bit to get the various European electrical devises figured out but we managed well. The hiking in the area was fabulous. Pucks Glen is a must see for anyone. It is truly one of the most beautiful places I have ever been.”

“As other reviewers state, the windows barely open and it can get hot in the unit. The bed was comfortable, and there was enough space/seating for us. It is 2 blocks from the Kings Theatre, and 1 block from sauchiehall St. - very convenient The bathroom had a heated drying rack - very nice Coordinating the entry into the building and unit wasn't straightforward, so that is the reduced "Communication" rating. Once it got figured out, all was good. There is an extra deposit directly payable to the……

“This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!”
