“Plumbing was a challenge because couldn’t wash dishes without boiling water and didn’t want to wash ourselves or brush our teeth with the smelly water. Also, the propane only lasted 2 days; was dead on 3rd day (probably because of boiling water). We enjoyed the solitude, even though the road noise is present. All in all it was a pleasant couple days as we lucked out with beautiful weather.”

“Delightful rural setting that is close to a ton of activities. We were there for a wedding at Letchworth State Park, and the experience was wonderful. Our VERY late arrival and our inability to unlock the door meant we had to contact the owner. They are super responsive and wonderful to work with. I can't recommend this place highly enough.”

“If you're looking for a getaway with Peace and Quiet as the purpose... this is it! Sitting around the fire, making s'mores and roasting marshmallows with no sounds other than the crackle of the fire and the hooting of a grey horned owl...perfect setting! The cabin has everything you need and more! One of the first things I check is the oven... this was cleaner than the one at home!! I came prepared with items I thought I'd need, knives that actually cut, foil, seasonings... everything was……

“We are a family of 4. The cabin was much more than we expected. Very clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was perfect. A few minutes from Stony Brook State Park and not far from Letchworth. Close enough to stores but very quiet, private and secluded. The wifi and AC worked great. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Book it!”
