“We Found someone’s food leftover in the fridge which is really disgusting and then the staff come in without any apology, after cleanup, we said thank you but she didn’t say anything really no manners at all and left”

“The only toilet facilities was a porta potty which smelled and looked like it had not been emptied in months. Shower did not have a way to lock the door of the only shower, to keep others out. We did not have cell phone reception because of the mountains and no way to contact the owner. No one was around to check us in.”

“This cabin was very cute and clean. There is a gas grill and a fire pit, which were not mentioned in the listing, but were a welcome addition. The porch is a wonderful place to hang out. Plenty of space for your dog to play fetch on the property. We found the sleeping quarters a little hot, but the mattress was very comfortable. Great location, 5 minutes from Dupont, 30 from Looking Glass/Pisgah, and an hour from the Parkway.”

“The condo was just as described. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. The view of the falls from the back deck was absolutely amazing. FYI: Upon arrival you drive through the Mexican Restaurant to the right to access the condo. Highly recommend staying at the Wren. 4-6 people. We will definitely return!”

“We were able to have great communication with the hosts Scott and Lynn, and Scott was there to meet us and give a quick lay of the land. We had a nice spot near the creek basically to ourselves and were able to have a great spot near DuPont and Pisgah bike trails! Definitely would recommend!”

“I recommend on adding more counter surfaces and hooks for keys and perhaps hang utensils. Cooking is difficult under the current set up. Also look into the existing heater installed in the bedroom...the label shows it should not be installed in bedroom.”
