“Had a great stay here! Rooms were cozy but could hear neighbors who were a bit noisy. Pool was AMAZING! Staff was friendly, helpful, and nice to chat with. They have great rates on Golf Carts you can easily rent there too. ”

“What a beautiful place. Very clean, spacious condo with breath taking view. We had no idea what we were doing. Sandra, our concierge, was able to assist us with all of our needs such as booking taxis and golf cart rentals. Her response to all of our questions (we had many!) was prompt and detailed. She made our trip into the unknown so easy!!”

“We had 7 of us stay for 10 days, 2 of which were aged 15 and 21. Carlos met us at the airport and loaded all of our luggage to the beach house. Upon arrival, Lucita had dinner ready for us and snacks. Lucita asked each day what we wanted the next day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. She really catered to our needs for a family of 7. Carlos arranged for a tour guide to stop by the house and give us options on fishing, snorkeling and other tours. The boat picked us up at the dock promptly for each……

“I Have not stayed at this property yet . VRBO made a Booking error and Canceled the resurvation . We were told It was canceled directly by VRBO . We booked a new unit only To Find out the day before we left there still was a Booking at this unit . The property managers were amazing and help move my Rwsuvation to later In the year when we can Travel again . VRBO was no help On there end with the mistake . I am grateful to the property owner and Manager for taking such great care of me in this……

“We very much enjoyed our stay at Xanadu Island resort. The hotel is hidden in a lush setting. The bedrooms are comfortable although they are not as roomy as they look on the pictures. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There are golf carts for rent and bikes are complimentary, as well as kayaks. The pool is very pleasant and quiet. The only downside is the company used by the hotel for snorkeling, Lil'Alfonso. The guide is rude, arrogant and obnoxious. He makes you feel……

“We travelled to San Pedro for a 40th birthday celebratory trip with seven best girlfriends. We absolutely loved our stay at the house and all that San Pedro had to offer us - sun, sand, beaches, ocean and good food. Alin greeted us at the island airport and was already accommodating and welcoming. We stopped at a grocery store to pick-up any snacks, alcohol or supplementary supplies for our stay. Upon arrival at the house, Alin showed us our beach accommodation, and gave us his direct contact……

“The view on the verandah was lovely. The pool was clean, cool, and enjoyable. I loved the amount of wood accents in the home. The staff were extraordinary nice. We would rent again.”

“We had 4 couples and stayed March 1-10. Going through our research on where to stay, Ed & Lisa answered all our questions very promptly. And once we booked, they continued to answer questions, booked our Mayan Air flight, arranged taxis, reserved our golf carts, and assisted with our sailboat excursion. Ed booked our sailboat excursion with Ambergris Divers which I would highly recommend. They picked us right up from our dock! The house worked out great for us with 2 couples on each floor. There……

“The house was a great space for our family of 14. We could not use the beach due to the seaweed issues but the pool got lots of use. Had to ask for sheets and blanket for the pull out couch but they were quickly brought.”

“We went for spring break and daughters 16th birthday trip. April 2024. We had never been to Belize but wanted a house and not in town. Well this is definitely not in town. 12 miles north along the coast, and secluded.(3 houses close by). House a little rustic but has AC and WiFi. Pool was nice to have though found couldn't really swim in ocean off deck. Was better to go up coast a bit. Having never been to Belize,we took 15 min flight to San Pedro and were greeted by Karen with our golf cart……

“This was a really nice place to stay. The pool was fabulous. Host Jason was incredible - responsive to our inquiries, available for setting up field trips with great companies, and a kind human. Being south of town was nice for the privacy, yet 3 miles on the back of a slightly bumpy golf cart ride is no joke, especially if you're plan on more than one outing in a day! But if you're with the right people, love a great pool, and are game for an adventure, this is the place for you!”

“The service and hotel condition was excellent but the condition of the beach area was very disappointing-- you had to walk over concrete that has sand scattered on it to reach a beach that was unusable because it was eroding into the sea and was filled with seaweed. I understand there will be an upgrade this year but it will be too late for me.”

“The resort was nice, the meals were very good but a lot my expensive than I thought they would be. Because we didn't have cell service we didn't feel comfortable leaving the resort because we could get lost and the city was very dirty with garbage everywhere. The bathroom was rusty and you had to leave the bathroom door closed at all times to avoid heating up the entire cottage. The cottage was cute though. ”
