“酒店位置极其方便，周围Walmart，Target，WholeFood都有。房间很大，很舒服。房间里有冰箱、微波炉，酒店还有自助洗衣，实在是旅行的最佳选择。唯一的遗憾是儿子觉得床太软了，睡得腰酸背痛。但我觉得很满意。”

“The hotel is about 15 minutes drive to UMass which is acceptable. The room is clean and the price is very reasonable. The only thing to mention is the AC - heat was not working well and stop automatically after 10 minutes run. The front desk was kind and the overall experience was fine and we will consider to be back if we visit UMass again.”

“This was the absolutely perfect hotel for our college visits. Walkable to Smith and easy access to the other schools in the Five Colleges. There were so many cute shops, coffee shops with awesome coffee and bagels and restaurants to explore. Even with all that going on, the room was nice and quiet. The staff was so pleasant. Everything was just perfect!”

“The staff including the cleaning staff were very helpful and the room was clean and nicely furnished. When I called after we departed because I thought I might have left something behind they checked immediately and made a note to call me if it turned up which I greatly appreciated. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise. The walls, ceilings and floors are thin and every foot step above us sounded like a baby elephant; when using the bathroom you can hear people talking in the hall and the……

We went down to the restaurant that is delicious and open only early day and the staff was having a 5 person party...they welcomed us in and shared their pizza salad and chocolate. The area offered some fun things. Yankee Candle Village and a butterfly house”

“This house is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I booked for 13 people and only 2 of the 3 showers worked which they never disclosed to us. The house was a total pigsty. Dirty dishes in the sink. Old food in the fridge. Frozen food in the freezer and the freezer was disgusting with frozen spills that looked like they were there for years. Holes in the walls & doors, burn marks on the counters, dirty table cloth. Bathrooms were filthy. No shades on 90 % of the windows & no curtains at……

“The hosts of this property were very responsive even before my arrival, answering questions quickly. The property is easy to access and walking distance from a lovely breakfast spot/market. Their thoughtfulness in leaving snacks for travelers was a lovely touch. It felt like a home away from home -- clean, warm and comfortable!”

“Exactly what you see is what you get! Cute place on farm like setting. Beds are comfortable and most anything you need is there from fans, pack and plays, and a high chair. Lee provided some fresh eggs, cranberry bread, and fresh butter. Looking to stay again next year when my daughter graduates!”
