"Very comfortable! Very Clean and well equipped kitchen furnished with everything necessary for as much cooking as we wanted to do. Comfortable bed and functional bath. Close to beautiful, wide, and in May mostly empty beach. Walking distance to many good restaurants. We hope to return next spring."

"Absolutely LOVED the place. So nicely decorated and appointed. I stayed with my 12 and 13 year olds. We enjoyed the pool - the owner even turned on a bubble machine for us to make it extra special. We woke up early on the last day to watch the sun rise from the rooftop deck. We will be back ❤️"

"This place was perfect and we had a great time. It has the space and privacy of a house, I love that i got to bring my dog and she could chill on the balcony or the grass. It also has the convenience of a townhouse/condo community- super close to the pool and private beach entrance. It's close enough to ride bikes to the pier and a short drive to downtown. Plenty of clear emails about check in, what to expect, ect. I hope we go back!"

"This cottage is a very short walk to beautiful St. Augustine beach and to several restaurants providing morning coffee to evening dinner. It had everything we needed plus plenty of parking. And downtown St. Augustine is just a 15-minute car ride away! Michael was a super host... responding quickly to answer any questions and to make our stay extra special."

"Wonderful stay at the Pearl. The cottage is as advertised, super cozy and loved the little details like shiplap walls, stained glass, and succulent gardens. We loved how close it was to the beach and historic St. Augustine, and loved that the beach is dog friendly as we brought our pup with us. Owners will very responsive and it’s clear they value their renters and take care of their home. Had all the basic amenities and loved the fenced in backyard! We will back!"

"This was a great little cottage. Open floor plan helped to keep it from feeling small. The community pool was just across the parking area and it was very clean. Enjoyed reading out on the back deck most days. Will definitely consider staying again."
