“First, the owner and their communication was fantastic. The space was exactly as described, comfortable and clean. The proximity to everything from the river, to downtown and even to the great restaurants on upper Broadway is walkable and great. The “but” is that we stayed Friday and Saturday and it is located right on Broadway (popular cruising street) next to a popular bar that itself is loud and fills the parking area out back with partying till near 2 am. Truly, otherwise, a great stay.”

“There was just a little confusion with the room door number, but property managers fixed it quickly. I was also just a little confused about the size. Some of the pictures are community areas. It was in an area of town that I’m very familiar with. I enjoyed my stay a lot, even though I was only there to study.”

“We took the weekend to getaway, celebrate, and stay out of anything mainstream! We hit on every part of what we were looking for. The unit was extremely clean and updated with modern amenities and a historic touch. The Havisham bar located below was a blast with history, elegance, delicious drinks, and amazing people. I have traveled the world and this is now easily in my top 5 bars i have visited when putting all the little intricacies together. We were close to wineries and trails! It was a……

“Great stay! Staff was very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating! Plenty of space for our family of 5. Enjoyed the bourbon bar and the closeness to Alto Vineyards. Prefect location for a wine trail weekend!”

“A good place to stay, it is either new or recently updated. However, as most places are things sometimes need attention, for example, the cabinet doors under the sink were very loose, the host was unaware. I blame the prior guests for not bringing it up. The host contacted us a few times during our stay to make sure things were right. I am confident that the small things would get addressed after we left. I would stay again. Pictures are correct.”

“The listing led us to believe that this was a secluded cabin, when it was really next to their other available cabin. There wasn't anything noted on the rental info that identified between the two cabins. We ended up walking around to the doors of the wrong cabin. There were very few towels available considering ones necessary for the hot tub. Other than that, and the eclectic dish and cup selection, it was quite peaceful and it did feel very private even with people in the neighboring cabin.……

“The cabin was adorable. The grounds around the pond and the cabin were all neatly mowed. Pond gave us extra excitement for our short trip as we fished. Really enjoyed our stay in this great little cabin. It didn’t bother us as we read all the amenities, but there is no stove. Just know this. There is a microwave though. Also the DIRECTV has about every station you can possibly think of to watch.Including Pay stations. This is a 9 out of 10. Super relaxing!”
