I enjoyed most of my stay except the few items listed below 1. The room was not clean on our arrival. The shower was leaking and we had to ask the staff to fix it. The cleaners did not clean to a high level, i have two young children and it was not a nice experience. The room itself seems very old and not what the pictures looked like. 2. Limited dinning options in the buffet, they had the same food everyday, the only thing i noticed that would change is the food on the terrace in the evening. Overall the experience was good. The kids enjoyed the water park alot. I would probably not visit here again and would try a different resort.

With your permission, we would like to address some of the details in your comment.One of the most important things for us is that we always ask our guests to contact our guest relations department in case of any problems or dissatisfaction, because we want to solve your problems while you are still in our hotel and make your remaining vacation time more comfortable. The hotel also has a Call Center (4444) that can send help and staff to troubleshoot problems in your room. Unfortunately, you only used this service for technical service and luggage assistance.We would like to inform you that all the photos we share are original.We would like to mention that our restaurant offers more than 200 food options daily. There are 3 theme nights during the week, Monday is Italian themed, Wednesday is Turkish themed and Saturday is seafood themed. The hotel serves guests of 45 different nationalities every day. Therefore, dishes and flavors are very subjective and may vary from person to person.We are very glad that you are satisfied with our hotel in general.Our goal is to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would like to emphasize that the team of our hotel makes every effort to ensure that the rest of each of our guests passes in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Die Aufzüge im Hotel sind ständig überlastet besser gleich laufen, wer weite Wege viel Bewegung mag ist in dem Hotel richtig. Strand mit Bus Shuttle fährt ständig. Abend Show auch am Strand sind viel Bus gefahren.Am Hotel Pool ist es ruhig zum Chillen geeignet. Englisch ist Voraussetzung bei dem Hotel Personal. wir waren im Haupthaus untergebracht . Nebenhaus sind noch weitere Wege. Das Hotel buche ich nicht mehr .

We had a great time staying at this hotel. We were two families and asked for rooms next to each other’s which was provided. A nice travel cot was also added for our child. The variety of food and desserts were very generous. Having Fresh grilled fish, ice cream, cocktails were bonus. I do recommend this hotel for a family holiday.

Its okay..

The staff at the hotel are great, can fault them at all. In there's of hotel and resort overall, i think its abit meh. Food is okay, nothing much to rave about, its always cold, best thing is probz the unlimited drinks. In locations wise theres isnt much there. Shops inside say one price then increase it on checkout so watch your recipt Theres an unlimited starbuck which is good, however for the day we were there most things hadnt been available. Cleaner and restockers for mini bar are very friendly and helpful. Overall okay, but would pick a better resort next time.

There is a winter concept when the side of our park is not active and there is a summer concept when everything is open, all agencies have full details of this and we are sorry if you have not been informed. Also the shops on site are private companies and the hotel does not regulate their pricing policy.
