“Great location. Walking distance to so many activities and stores. Just 10 min to walk to train. Great spot to explore other places in the Cote d-Azur. The porperty manager Jenni was a gem. Great communication. Super pleasant, responsive & helpful. She genuinely wanted to make sure we had a great stay. The appartment is very spacious. Had everything you could possibly need. Appreciated the rolling cart to get groceries at the market. The best VRBO place we have stayed at. Highly recommend it.”

“Wir verbrachten einen wundervollen Urlaub in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Sie bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer abgegrenzten und mit vielen Sicherheitsmerkmalen ausgestatteten, gepflegten Wohnanlage. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, eine Toilette, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, zwei ausreichend große Schlafzimmer mit 140er Betten, zudem ein Sofa und TV im Wohnzimmer stehen zur Verfügung. Vom großen Balkon aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf……

“We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment had everything we needed. As we traveled without a car, the apartment is 2 min footwalk away from the train station and 10 minutes from the beaches, which was very convienent for us. All I can say, we want to come back!”

“The lady came to check us in just as we arrived and explain things to us. The apartment was three blocks from the train station and three blocks from the center of town. Nice and clean and in a very safe neighborhood. We were very pleased that it had a nice size half bath and efficient kitchen. Also a washing machine. It does not have a dryer so you have to hang clothes outside in the private patio. The only thing it could have used would have been more details in writing on how to operate the……

“We enjoyed our 3 weeks holiday in Juan Les Pins very much. We had a well situated appartment. In the evening one can walk to the city and restaurants in some minutes. The beach can be reached by foot too or you can drive easily to other beaches by car. We had a very warm welcome by our host Denise, who showed us round and explained all neccessary things. She stayed in nice and helpful contact. She was a really good host. There is nothing we missed. Thank you Denise!!!”

“Das Apartment hat eine gute Lage mit kurzen Wegen in die Altstadt und zum Strand, es war sauber und entsprach der Beschreibung. Die Küche war mit den notwendigen Utelsilien gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer bzw Stellvertreter vor Ort war schnell und angenehm. Nur der Lärm der vorbeifahrenden Autos und Motorräder ist recht laut. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.”

“The host Irene was lovely even pick us up from the train station. The Apartment was big and spacious with all equipment you need and clean. It has a lovely super market 5mins walk away as well so very handy. On the downside is that it is a way from the center and beaches so be prepared to get a lot of Ubers!!”

“Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The place is small and at the top of a long staircase, but we didn't mind either of these things at all. It was clean and updated, with a cozy bed and pillows, soft towels, a modern bathroom, and a cute kitchen space. You can see the mountains out one window, and it's very quiet even though it's in the middle of the neighborhood with restaurants literally outside the front door and the marina and museums all nearby. It was very easy to communicate with……

Laurence and her husband are extremely attentive hosts and are always available to give advice and support for every kind of their guest's need. I highly recommend this accomodation.”

“Bien placé, petit bémol trop de promiscuité avec les autres chambres.. l’impression d’être chez les autres la nuit pas top si vous voulez dormir sans bruit. La literie est vraiment pas top le lit principal est très dur et petit je dirai 160/140 pour un grand c’est affreux. Pour le canapé lit on est sur les ressorts dommage. ”

“Chose this property primarily due to close proximity to the train station which was perfect as we were travelling into Nice and Monaco. Hotel was clean, tidy and hosts were helpful. Lovely rooftop pool with beautiful views of Antibes. Would stay again if in Antibes. ”
