"House was clean. Large yard was nice. Location was in the middle of nowhere. Can't walk to anything. House lacking proper maintenance: broken drawers, kitchen needs caulking, cabinet repairs, lots of light bulbs missing, especially in bathrooms. No toiletry items (shampoo, soap).
